    We all breath in and out but most of all breath uncorrectly, without awareness, having fast or short breath which brings our body very little oxygen and thus our brain and all our cells feel like lacking oxygen energy and PRANA the Vital energy.
     

    While we can not breath in enough air, oxygen, we of course can not evacuate enough of the carbon dioxyde which is in our lungs .. thus we stay with dirty air in our lungs, thus dirty blood in our cells and organs, including brain .

    That is why it is so important to BREATH CORRECTLY, to learn PROPER BREATHING TECHNIQUES so as to keep our body, our brain and all our cells in good health with plenty of energy.
